Unfortunately, you can no longer give a positive rating here. The quality of both the food and that of the staff has declined significantly over the past few years. I'll try to be brief: Long waiting times at peak times because not enough staff are present or (compared to similar restaurants) simply not working effectively. Often you are not served for minutes because a huge delivery order is being processed, only one employee is present and these orders are obviously being processed with priority. The quality of the preparation varies greatly. Basic ingredients (tomatoes or normal salad) are often missing. The meat is just a joke. It is (expressly no exaggeration and seen for the first time today) shoveled out of a laundry basket into a device that heats the meat. One of the rolls obviously contained a piece of meat left over from the previous load. I am attaching a photo. This is really gross. An ordered salad dressing had hardly any taste, so it wasn't recognizable as such. The falafel are only warmed up and are comparatively bad in terms of taste and consistency. I live around the corner and have eaten here regularly, but it's just no longer acceptable. The concept is good, but it is not implemented properly. The price-performance ratio is not appropriate, and there are much better alternatives with a comparable offer within walking distance. In this sense: Ciao with V I would like to say that the staff are usually very friendly and make a good impression!

Good ambiance

Price increase of € 2 within 3 years for a roll of chicken. The service is getting worse and worse (sometimes super badly rolled rolls) and we (regular customers, there 2-3 times a week) will only come by sporadically. 6.50 € for a roll with Heinz sauces and partly not fresh rocket are too much of a good thing. Bitter...

Ordered lunch on time today and after half an hour after the delivery date, the order was canceled by the shop for no reason. Absolute cheek, especially during our limited lunch break. Have been there earlier and were not convinced of the taste and quantity (for the price, not even full). With today's order we wanted to give the shop another chance, but were disappointed again. Ordered through Lieferando. 40 minutes after the delivery date, the message "Restaurant cannot confirm order" appears. So lunch break without food. Addendum: at least one has reported and apologized.

Quite busy at lunchtime when only one waitress is preparing the meal and the other person is just filling up the ingredients. At peak times, the staff should be expanded so that it goes faster

Very slow preparation. Very unprofessional. Rolls lay around for 2 minutes after warming up and were completely cold when eating. And last but not least: absolutely not stunning. They were ok in taste, but every homemade wrap tastes better. But price is okay.

Incredibly good food and really cool young people who prepare it! If you are looking for fast, good food, this is your shop!

I got to know the delicious roller blinds through my work colleagues. Nice system to be able to put all the ingredients together yourself. Chicken delicious. Are there more often at lunchtime - if the boss is there, it is quick. Were there on Friday evenings. The temporary help was not on the ball and it took forever (about 30min.) Although only 3 blinds were ordered in front of us. In a hurry because of the drive-in cinema. That was a real shame!

Instead of chicken, falafel was in the roll, which was also quite dry and also a very unfriendly, annoyed waitress. If the concept consists of to go, these are unfortunately the only aspects with which you could score.
